Lori Hutchinson of The Caketress in Toronto, Canada, makes wedding cakes from order to scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. With her artistic abilities every cake she makes is to be served as a decadent layer cake. She is a star in the cake world and her creations always leave many people speechless. Lori prefers to take inspiration from a couple’s personal style, incorporating everything from the bridal gown and even a client’s favourite drink into her creations.
